In 2021, the fifth Lone Star Zine fest was forced online by the infernal COVID-19 pandemic. The Fest was super fun, though, and the best news is that if you missed it (or loved it so much you wanna do it again) you can watch the whole dang thing on YouTube whenever the heck you want to!

What can you expect from the Fest?
First, Austin Bat Cave hosted a live zine-making workshop. Aimed at kids, but fun for all ages! Learn how to make an 8-page minizine out of one sheet of paper! Next up are pre-recorded table and studio tours, zine readings, and live sessions featuring groups of zine makers tabling virtually!
The Fest was mostly kid-friendly, especially the zine-making workshop.
